From Software to Games
Hi, I'm Adem!
I'm an independent developer who loves building software, has been passionate about gaming for nearly 20 years, and is now working to bring his own games to life.
Professionally, I work as a software support specialist at a public institution. I've also developed various freelance projects using C# and React. I have advanced knowledge and experience with Oracle SQL and MySQL, and I use PHP to build REST APIs, manage client-server communication, and handle database operations in my projects.
But there's something I love just as much as software development: Video games.
I've been playing games for nearly 20 years, spending countless hours in MMORPGs and MOBAs in particular. I've also explored FPS games, battle royales, and many other genres. For me, gaming isn't just a way to pass the time. It's an important part of my life and one of my greatest sources of enjoyment.
And naturally, as a developer, the desire to create games of my own was inevitable.
A New Beginning
Some time ago, I developed a quiz game using Unity, but never had the opportunity to release it. While I felt confident in my programming skills, I lacked the experience needed for visual design, animation, and effects. Over time, these challenges led me to step away from game development.
But technology has changed.
With the rapid advancement of AI tools, many of the obstacles I once struggled to overcome on my own have become much more manageable. From visual design and sound effects to animations and development workflows, AI has become a powerful tool for bringing my ideas to life.
By combining my programming experience, my passion for gaming, and the possibilities offered by AI, I've returned to game development.
DDM Games & The Future
DDM Games was born from this journey.
Today, I develop my projects independently with the support of AI-powered tools. My first game, Forge & Fate, is a simulation experience inspired by game mechanics I've enjoyed for years, and it marks the first step for DDM Games.
My goal is to develop mobile games across different genres, explore new ideas, and create experiences that players genuinely enjoy.
For now, it's a one-person journey. But who knows? Maybe one day DDM Games will grow into a larger team, giving us the opportunity to bring even more ambitious projects to life.
